We went for a bike ride along the centennial trail from our house to downtown Lake Coeur d'Alene.

So glad you visited my blog. I didn't realize you had one. I will have to check in on you often now. I see you are doing a sprint tri. AWESOME!! One of my good friends Jess and her friend Julie are doing one too. I think it is going to be in August or September.
