This is my first full week of staying on track w/ biking to work. I rode to work 3 days this week...Monday (also had spin class), Thursday & Today (Friday). YEAH!!! It feels GREAT!!! I started going back to my weight lifting class (Tuesday evenings at 6:30)and boy have I missed this routine. It was great seeing all of the girls and working out together.
Tonight Aaron & I are going out w/ some friends on their boat. It's time to return the favor...so I am now helping Shannon (fellow spin teacher & tri training companion)train for a couple sprint tri races coming up in August. We are going to try swimming w/out our wetsuits in the lake while the guys hang out on the boat.
Area Events: Next weekend is the Longbridge race at Sandpoint www.sandpoint.org/longbridgeswim in Lake Pend Oreille. I won't be participating in this one, but it might be fun to watch.

Great job Juli on the 3 bike rides to work this week and the spin class AND the weight class. You are working just as hard as I am Juli so give yourself credit. We are both exercise machines. Enjoy your time at the lake swimming while the boys cheer you on from the sidelines. Somebody has to drive the boat I guess. HAHA
