OUCH...I AM SORE TODAY!!! I managed to get up early (5:20a.m.) again this morning (after riding 30 miles w/ Aaron yesterday)to ride my bike to work. I felt great until I sat down on my bicycle seat. GEEZ...talk about determination to get some exercise! The nice cool breeze felt great this morning but by this afternoon the heat was a little warm on my way home. My spin class should be interesting today after biking 18miles already.
Needless to say, I believe I will be driving to work Tuesday & Wednesday(spin class). Don't worry, I will still be getting my exercise on Tuesday during our hike to Lockhaven after work. I am really looking forward to it since I have never been there before. It is so much fun exploring new places and even better when you get a workout doing it.
